We do not offer a free return or exchange policy, due to the following reasons:

1. Divakaari products are handcrafted by artisans. Miniscule variations and imperfections are signs of a truly handmade piece, and an intrinsic part of their beauty. Please bear this in mind when you shop for handmade products (from us or any other brand that celebrates the beauty of handmade).

2. We take utmost care to pack and deliver the products to you in good condition. However, in case a product recieved by you is broken or damaged, please get in touch with us at divakaarishop@gmail.com and we will do our best to replace the item as soon as possible.

3. There is no such thing as a truly 'free return' - the environmental costs of a free returns and exchange policy are HUGE due to the carbon emissions emitted while shipping the items back and forth. We request you to bear this in mind while shopping from any brand online. Shop sustainably divas!

1. Keep the products away from moisture, oil based makeup, perfumes and dust.

2. Silver can get oxidised easily giving it a darker tone - you can continue to wear it as is or use a good quality silver polish with a soft cloth.

3. Store each piece seperately in a tightly closed bag or box to avoid exposure to moisture and reduce wear and tear.
